The Process

ArtofMoments is built on a workflow that combines artistic direction with computational precision.
Each project begins with carefully selected source material, including paintings, photography, and other visual references that offer strong structural or textural potential. From there, the material is deconstructed into its essential components: light, color, form, contour, and spatial organization.
Once the source has been reduced to its core logic, the image is rebuilt from the ground up on a clean digital canvas. This allows us to preserve the underlying character of the reference while constructing a completely new composition.
Stylistic decisions are defined before rendering begins. We determine brushstroke behavior, texture treatment, and execution method so that every visual choice supports the final result.
At the center of this system is Artifex, our in-house virtual painter. Artfex interprets creative intent and translates it into rendering instructions that guide the transformation process.
Its workflow is based on two primary methods:
- Geometrization, where organic forms are translated into mathematical structures
- Advanced image tracing, where complex contours and textures are mapped with greater fidelity
These methods may use tools such as cubic Bézier tracing, Moore-neighbor tracing, painterly stroke simulation, harmonic shape alignment, and spectral cleaning. Together, they create images that are technically refined while still retaining artistic depth.
The result is not simple image editing. It is a structured transformation process designed to produce original digital artwork with clarity, balance, and presence.
